Simone Carvalli blue semi-formal dress 10 NWOT

Blue Simone Cavalli strapless dress with blue attachment straps. Was a size 10 no alterations no stains or damage of any kind. I purchased it NWOT. The dress looks like new. Took photos of the inside and bottom edges to show there is no damage or use I can see. The second picture with the flower crystals represents the true color of blue.
