Blue cotton hi-low blouse/top with layered bottom by Soft Surroundings. It is a size large and measures 25 inches from pit to pit and has a length of 21 1/2 inches in front and 29 1/2 inches in the back. It is a gauze style fabric. It is in good used condition.
