The action figure has interchangeable pieces, making him customizable for play or posing. The action figure was made by diamond select toys in 2015. This figure is new in the box, but the box is damaged some. It is bent and shows some wear from being stored. There are creases in the box and discoloration. Some of the picture details are peeling on the box. The box may have a faint odor from being in storage. I am guessing it may air out, but I can not guarantee. If you were to open the box and discard the cardboard, the action figure itself should not have an odor because it is plastic. Please review all pictures and ask any questions you may have.
