Starmark Pro-Training Collar, quick release snap & custom sizing (add/remove link(s)). Had given it a try, but sadly wasn’t effective with my dog (nothing seems to; I blame his breed lolol)😣 Comes with original packaging that I opened with care *, so it’s not a hot-mess. *Collar notes size Large, 21”; however, having misplaced 1/2 links, the collar measures 19”!*
