Study Display Poss Repair Unique 1910s Draped Silk Dress Gray 1/2 Mourning

Fair antique condition down at the hem there is extensive damage from storage and it has also a storage smell. The hem would need to be removed, probably about 8 inches in order to fix the bottom. Then there are a 2 areas that are draped at the sides, but it has fallen off and needs to be reattached. See photos for what I mean and also where it was attached. I have clipped them in the photos to show the style. There is a hole now in the fabric at both areas, but it might be able to be hidden when it's redone. The neckline has a fastener but it needs to be fixed as well. It's not closing. The back of the neckline has a couple of holes near it at the top. It's hard to measure this because it's really more like a cape on on top and then there's a fitted section below the waist. My guesstimate for the bust is. 46 inches Waist and hip approx 44.
