Tabby of California Knee Length Sheer Black Shift Dress with Button Detailing. Sizing and Fabric tags have been lost, but I would say it would fit 14-16 nicely. Back is quite Sheer, you could wear a slip of tank and shorts like I did here. Sort of a wrap dress, except the wrap part is it the top, creating a double layer in front. Button detailing neat neckline is beautiful. Sleeves have a slight “poof” to them. Hits right above the knee.
