TEEZE ME blue and white striped strapless dress with tulle underneath. size is S

This is a Teeze Me blue, and white striped strapless dress. The skirt part is lined with tulle trim to have the skirt flare and add a little fun to the bottom. There are two loops on the side for a belt, but the belt is missing. No size tag, I'm guessing around a 2. I could get it on my size 6 maniquin, but it was tight. Zips up the back.
