TRAFFIC JEANS WEAR Destroyed skinny jeans 16 juniors?

Destroyed condition. I took a picture of the pants, turned inside out to try and show that most of the holes are patched from the inside. I’m not sure if this was the original design of the jeans, or if it was added by the previous owner. I’m confused about the size because the tag says 16, but they are definitely not plus size, and juniors sizes run in odd numbers. So please go by the measurements in my pictures for sizing.
