Bar trivet or wall hanging. It is a colorful square tile with "Tiki Bar Lounge" written on the top. A tike statue and an "Hawaiian Girl" holding a try of tropical drinks. The wording, the flower in her hair, and the tike drink is "embossed" outward from the rest of the plate. It is not a smooth flat surface. I tried to show this in one of the pictures. On the back it is described as "Island Art Ceramic Tile". The framing on the outside is a hard plastic material. There are rubber feet on the back corners for level placement on a table top or counter. Great novelty piece.
