Talbots Navy & White Pleated/Fully Lined Skirt 6

Super pretty fully lined skirt. Navy background with off white polka dots. Side zipper with hook and eye closure. One of the lining hem attachments is missing. I have photographed the lining that has the attachment still remaining. Super fun skirt for warmer weather. IEO
