Tank Dress w/fringe hem

Beautiful tank dress! Bright blue, white and black with fishes! Pit to pit is 27.5" and the hem is 39" from the shoulder to the top of the fringe. The size is listed as XL, but I wear a 1X and it fits me. Gently used, but in like-new condition.
