Ted Baker London Dress Size 6

Ted Baker London Dress US Size 6 (Ted Baker Size 2) in Black Lined, sheath style dress with a sparkly button detail on the 'sleeve', side zipper and pleated skirt. There is something going on with the belt that I can't figure out. I'm pretty certain the heart buckle is supposed to go in the front, however, I cannot get it there! It's currently on the back/side and the buckle is too large to fit through the belt loops. Hopefully someone out there is smarter than I am or can replace the belt with something else! Other than the belt issue, the dress is in good to very good preowned condition. Approximately knee length. 97% Cotton / 3% Elastane
