The Limited Button-Up Top XS

Black short sleeve button up blouse from The Limited with tie at the bust above the top buttons. Great for work! The backs of the sleeves have 2 sets of buttons. One button in the back of one sleeve is missing (or maybe there are two sets of buttons so that there is an extra in case one comes off the front?), but it is not noticable, since fabric covers it anyway; the button is unnecessary.
