Theragun Liv by Therabody. Comes with charger, travel bag, and a smaller massage head. Does not include the original box. I've had this thing for years and loved it. Recently upgraded to one of the new models. Word of warning: this is an older model and it is LOUD. Like, louder than a hairdryer loud. The newer models are much quieter, so if volume is going to be an issue for you, I don't recommend this model.
