Ticci Tonetto floral halter dress Velcro tabs at neck for halter zipper in back 97% cotton 3% lycra fabric is thin, not thick and slightly see thru 16" flat, pit to pit top of back zipper to hem 24 3/4" front center V to hem 27 1/2" tag says dry clean only from late 90's to 2000 Excellent condition. No spots or flaws. Zipper works perfectly. I wore this a few times. It is a brand that I carried in my boutique.
