Topshop bright yellow Bardot lace off shoulder dress. Body is lined. Elastic neckline, the skinny straps were removed, it was done so well you can barely tell where they were (2nd photo). Excellent used condition. Runs a little small in my opinion. Measures 15.5" flat across the bust and about 29" from neckline to hem.
