Tripp NYC Y2K Punk Strapless Fishnet Polka Dot Knee-Length Dress Size XS

Size XS black and white polka dot Y2K Tripp NYC strapless dress. Bought in 2006 from Hot Topic and it's only had one owner. There is some minor wear and fading The original black string was replaced by a lime green ribbon (the original string that came with it was just a shoelace). Side zipper closure. Features cascading thick fishnet ruffles at the back. There is a good bit of stretch as well. This would be great for homecoming and prom! Pair with Docs or Converse. Approximate measurements laying flat: 14" bust 13.5" waist 32" length
