I would consider these either low rise or a low mid rise; see measurements & compare with "Stella" model images on company website to decide for yourself. These good looking jeans are in really good shape but selling in STAINED/DAMAGED condition for the following photographed flaws: fabric snags, stitching pulls, hem wear between thighs. This is normal wear and tear, and isn't extreme. Overall, I'd put these jeans in great to excellent used condition with those flaws. No stains noted during inspection, but selling in STAINED/DAMAGED condition with the possibility that some may have slipped by me. Happy to negotiate, bundle, and save you money.
