Measurements, flat: Waist 17 inches Rise 12” Inseam 12” (these go past the knee on a shorter person) Leg opening 12 The size reads 33 on the tag but by my measurements with 17 inches flat lay, that should be 34 waist circumference? so I guess you’ll have to judge for yourself.
