Urban Outfitters 1970 Worldwide Women's Medium Brown Striped Button Up Jacket

Ruffle hem. 100% cotton. I'm not exactly sure if it's a regular size or not. It may be a juniors. The tag has been cut off. A few areas on it where the stitching has come a little loose. One side of the hem is a little bit wrinkled. There is a black mark on the area above where the tag was. Measurements: Length - 20.5" Shoulders - 14" Chest - 18" These measurements may not be exact, but these are what I got.
