VERA NEUMANN Blue Tea Towel With Serving Food Tray

Fabulous Vera Neumann (1907-93) artist's tea towel was made in China. Fabric is a stiff 45% linen and 55% cotton. In 1999, The Togg shop in Georgia purchased Vera’s original assets/designs from the 1960’-70’s. Susan Seid became Vice President and took over the business in 2005. From there she reintroduced original Vera designs and items were sold in Crate & Barrel, Anthropologie and other department stores. Original Vera towels were made 1960-70’s time frame Vera towel measures 28 by 19 inches. It features an ocean blue background color with a tall 3 tiered kitchen stand filled with food. There are plates with deviled eggs, carrots, breadsticks, yellow pears, cheese, etc. also shown is a cup with forks, stacks of plates, and on top is a gorgeous vase filled with colorful flowers. It is in mint and unused condition. Signed Vera with a ladybug on one corner. NWOT condition
