VINTAGE 1960s era Levi’s rare big E orange tab cut off jean shorts size‎ 15

Made in USA on back tag as well as stating size 15. Measurements show 30” waist as seen in pics. Only flaw is belt loop on front is pinned on. It can be sewn. I don’t have the equipment to do it the right way and make it look good. These were most likely bell bottom jeans originally based on rare big E orange tab on back pocket and cursive L tag which dates them to 1960s. High waist and one small snag on front as shown in pics.
