VINTAGE 70s skirt/dress plaid with ruffle and bricabrac preppy & prairie madras

Vintage 1970s skirt is 7” when not stretched and 17” when stretched. I am honestly not sure of the size, so please consider the waistband info for reference Multiple elastic lines spread out the waistband comfortable. Could also work as a strapless dress if the fit is right. Comes with a matching belt, sash, or maybe even hairband! Fun alternating plaid with mostly primary colors Bricabrac detail on ruffle Length is 35” Great for a preppy or prairie vibe; kept in the costume box for years due to versatility! No label - feels like Cotton but not as open of a weave as madras
