VINTAGE AVON HUDSON MANOR COLLECTION SILVERPLATED SALTCELLAR AND SPOON This vintage Hudson Manor Silverplated Saltcellar and Spoon from Avon is from around 1978. It has a beaded look around the decorative sculpted rim and base and other than a little bit of tarnish from time (which ALL silver does) is in like new condition, as it was only used for showing customers. The underside of the saltcellar and the spoon are stamped “HMC AVON SILVERPLATE” and “ITALY” where they were cast. It comes with a red Ariane fragranced candle, but the scent is pretty much gone now. The saltcellar measures about 3 inches in diameter across the rim and about 2 ¼ inches across the base and is about 2 inches high, and the spoon is about 3 inches long. The box is scuffed and shows wear from being opened and moved around over the years but is still functional.
