This sweet vintage southwestern pottery vessel bowl or planter is signed R.H., created in 95’. In a fun terracotta glaze with aqua turquoise paint, it’s engraved or carved with wavy arrows & swirls that resemble Native American pieces. There’s a suede band tied around the top lip which gives it a super cool, boho look! I have to admit, this piece has always been a puzzlement to me, I’m not sure who the artisan R.H. is, so I can’t give any other info besides that! Measuring 3”x4”, it’s in EVC with no visible chips or cracks to the pottery itself, but where the etchings are, the potter wasn’t obsessed with covering every nook & cranny with terracotta glazing, so some pottery primitively shows through. There’s a wee spot on the aqua paint around the lip that has flaked off, please view all pics for condition. Received from a loved one almost 30 years ago, it has always been used for display. It’s a perfect piece to plant succulents in, to use as a catch-all, or to just admire on a shelf, & fits in with boho, western, southwestern, primitive, jungalow, & craftsman/artisan decor!
* I don’t issue returns or partial refunds, so please view pics & read description thoughtfully, thanks for understanding!
