mskeilson1 The armpit to armpit at 23 inches is perfect. The shoulder to to bottom cuff is perfect. The length from the shoulder to the hem is the problem. It looked short in the photo and it is. The length needs to be 28. maybe i could get away with 26, I'll just have to see. Thank you for providing the dimensions.
