VTG Chinese Reverse Painted Glass PAPERWEIGHT Signed Magnolia & Cherry Blossoms

For your consideration is this vintage glass paperweight made in China. It is signed, but have been unsuccessful translating the hand written text. This style of paperweight is quite unique as the artist applies the paint to the inside of the glass...a quite tedious and arduous process. This piece is adorned with what looks like white magnolia blossoms with pink cherry blossom intermingled within the magnolia. It is signed, but I was unsuccessful in obtaining a translation utilizing google translate. The entire piece measures 3 inches in diameter and is free from any chips, cracks or abrasions.
