VTG Style Headband Satin Feathered Veiled Hat, NWT never worn. Wear veil over face or pull it up towards the back. The hat is attached to a velvet covered light weight approx 1/4 inch head band. Very loose and won't squeeze head. Beautiful satiny finish, adorned with black feathers, faceted bead, and bow that goes across the hat. It is so chic and safisticated looking.
