Reposhing this item I purchased from @lisa__b_. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. "Purchased as a sample with no tag or tag info. Small coffee stain on side seam, not noticable when worn because it has so much volume." Approximate measurements when lying flat: Total length: 29 inches waist: 12 inches Questions? Leave a comment below! Make sure you measure the length - this is shorter than the picture indicates. it wasn't shortened, but still rests slightly shorter than a typical maxi skirt, in my opinion. It was perfect for a shorty like me!
