Vintage 1960's Chanel Silk Button Down Pussybow Blouse sz Small/Medium PW4

A beautiful vintage Chanel piece. This is gorgeous light cream/nude silk with a pleated front and a pussybow necktie. Classic and timeless. Overall in good vintage condition for it's age. Still has the original interior tag, but no size or material tag. Has one little tear at one of the cuffs, but that could be mended pretty easily. Size is a small/medium, per laying flat measurements. Shown on a size small mannequin. See photos for measurement details.
