Vintage 1960s French High Felt Pennant Bison Orange Cream Retro High School

I bought this pennant from an estate with about 15 other collegiate pennants. The collegiate pennants were all from the 1960s and since this one was stored with the other 1960s-era pennants, I’m assuming this one is of that time frame too, though this pennant is not dated. Age, wear and style additionally place this in the 1960s-era. Please see all pictures as this pennant is not in pristine condition. It does have some stains on both front and back sides.
