Vintage 1970’s-MHI Victorian Velvet Corduroy Overcoat-Black-Size 8P. Ruffled Mandarin Collar. Good condition. Only one small spot noted by inside label (see pics) Full length %100 Cotton velvet corduroy. Greg heavy duty fabric that looks like velvet. Last picture shows fabric texture the best. Heavy satin lining Looks great dressed up or down. I just got a little too fluffy to get back in it; so it’s been stored a few years. Size 8 but the style is very accommodating -shoulders 15” across inside the ruching. -armpit to armpit 20” without stretching pleats at all.
