Vintage 1980s Louis Feraud Neiman Marcus Star Plaid Blouse w Tie

This early 1980s blouse by Louis Feraud for Neiman-Marcus is made of 100% polyester. It features a green & white plaid print with stars at the centers of the plaid where it's dark green. The blouse also has a contrast green & white stripe around the plunge neckline and solid green sleeve cuffs with a button on each. It has a light band of built-in elastic at the waist and a tie that loops through string belt loops at the waist and ties in the front or on the side. True to early 1980s fashion, there is a shoulder pad attached in two places on the inside of each shoulder. They can easily be removed with 2 careful snips each if you prefer to wear the blouse without them. The blouse is in good-excellent vintage condition. The only flaw I can find is a light spot of yellowing as shown in the last photo. The photo was taken very close to the blouse. It's hard to see when you're wearing it. In fact, I knew it was there, but still had a hard time finding it to photograph it just now. Please review the below measurements carefully. They were taken on the front of the blouse with it laid flat. Note that there's no definite Pit seam on this blouse, so I had to estimate where it would be. I used the points where the side seams become more of the arm seams to get the Pit - Pit measurement.
