Cotton with spandex, slight stretch to this. Invisible zipper in the back there is one offset front pocket with a zipper. This was my personal skirt. I only worn a couple times. No rips, stains, non-smoking home. Great condition. Waist 16” across Waist to bottom hem 16 1/2”
