Vintage 1950s Parnes Feinstein evening cocktail dress. Beautiful detailed neckline with beads, sequins and lace that form a floral pattern. The back side has a big bow that hooks into place. Truly a unique, stunning vintage dress. Excellent condition but has one small repair at the neckline near the armpit, check last photo.
