Vintage 60s Flared leg Pants Suit wrangler made in Usa

This new old stock wranglers flare leg pant suit.  I'm not sure if this constitutes denim or if it's a net I can't find a similar one anywhere online to verify. Pants tag says 11/12. Shirt tag says size him it is a very tiny waist. Long flared legs. Very interesting alternating belt loops I've never seen one like this includes the brown rope belt. Definitely a very interesting and classic vintage look Waste measurement 13 Out seam 44 in And seem 32 in The width at the bottom of pant leg 12 in For the top armpit to armpit 16.5 in l Length of top 26.5 in from shoulder to bottom him Tag States size m Is there a couple tiny brown spot stains on the front about 3/4 of the way down near the buttons will probably lift out due to the age of this outfit I'll leave the stain removal to the professionals.
