Vintage 60s Gino Paoli Emerald Green Wool Skirt Set with Bow Detail, Size S

An amazing, bright green 60s mod skirt set from luxury Italian designer Gino Paoli. Sleeveless emerald green tight-knit wool top with bow-detail keyhole neckline and full zipper in back. Top is unlined. Shift-style cut to the top (relatively straight up and down). Matching emerald green wool skirt in same knit fabric with an A-line silhouette and piped seam detail on left side. Hidden zipper in back. Skirt is fully lined. 100% wool, made in Italy. Condition: very good vintage condition. Wool is in excellent condition for its age, only holes are very small and at the base of the back of the top and at the waistband (shown in pictures). Waistband has an elastic band on the interior, elastic has lost its stretch due to age. Hook on hook and eye closure at back of skirt is slightly loose but could be sewed down to further secure it (skirt still closes as there is an additional larger closure). Please note, this is tagged as a size 12, but given the age of this item, I would estimate the size at a modern US size small.
