Vintage 60s Graff Californiawear Plaid Gold Anchor Button Skirt Small

Vintage Graff California turquoise plaid skirt with gold anchor buttons. Has large apron style front pockets and functional buttons all the way down. Please note that the bottommost button was lost, so I replaced it with a similar button. Pinked seams Measures 13" waist, 24" length laid flat. I could not find a size tag but based on the measurements it seems like a small
