Vintage 70s prom dress

This handmade vintage dress from the 1970s has the following measurements: Bust 15 inches Waist 13 inches Shoulder 15 inches Body length 52 inches Sleeve length 21 inches This dress is beautiful but there are condition issues on the skirt as shown in the photos. The dress is old and was handmade so there is some fraying along the bottom. Also, there are tiny spots on the lower sections of the skirt. We've soaked this in a mild detergent and gently wiped and wiped and can't seem to get ride of them. The are really hard to see, they didn't even photograph well, but I wanted to be clear about this for anybody wishing to purchase the dress. They cannot be seen unless you are holding the skirt up close in good light.
