Vintage 80s. Color block pink and navy dress

This vintage piece is truly one of a kind. Because it is 100% polyester, it doesn’t have traits that old clothes usually have except vintage smell. Pink top looks like you are wearing a shirt with a navy skirt. Made in USA. Machine wash with any color. Won’t fade or change in colors. Belt seems to come with the dress but it was not included when I bought. The measurements are 18” shoulder width, 18.5” chest, 12” waist when not stretched, but if it is stretched, it can stretch up to 18.5”. 41” total length. Comes from pet friendly and smoker home.
