Vintage 80s Handmade Red Floral Ruffle Dress with Belt

In red with abstract black rose print. Puffy sleeves, shiny silky material and big ruffled collar make this 80s classic. It comes with a wide cummerbund like belt with pleats and 2 hook and eye closures. Other details include: Dolman cut sleeves. Narrow waistline (no stretch). Full skirt. V neckline. Very thin shoulder pads. Back zip and snap closure. Mid length. Based on measurements, would probably be a size 10. Approximate measurements: Chest. 26” pit to pit Waist 17” Length 39” Belt is 31” but with closure it would be 30” when closed. Could probably fit up to a large. See measurements.
