Vintage Legends Fashions L'70 black dress. Fringe beads at hem and at bust. Fabric is stretchy, sheer eyelash lace. Long puff sleeve with shoulder pads and ruching at bottom of sleeves. Sleeves, chest (above beads) and upper back are sheer, the rest of the dress is fully lined. Center back zipper with hook and eye closure.
