Vintage 80s strip dress

Sailor style dress with navy blue, gray, and red stripe down the dress. 4 buttons each on the top part of the dress and stretching waist making it possible to wear and off easily. All the buttons are in excellent condition and not one is missing. Fully lined. Removable collar. Measurements are 16” shoulder width, 24” sleeve length, 12.5” waist unstretched, 19” stretched, 46.5” total length. Has belt hoops but the belt is not with me so you can use your own favorite belt and style it even more. No marks, tears, or spots. In very excellent condition. Comes from pet friendly and smoker home.
