Vintage 80's Marshall Rousso Blouse Size S

Vintage 80's Marshall Rousso Blouse Size S Las Vegas designer blouse has button up front and long wrist length sleeve. Black white and red pattern to polyester fabric. Thin mother of pearl buttons. One hard to see flaw on front in photo 3 and 4 in the red rectangle (looks like a scrape or a burn?) hard to see unless you are looking for it. Other than that mark, shirt is in excellent barely worn condition. Bust measures about 39" around with 15.5" between shoulder seams. Sleeve length is about 23" long and 23" from neck seam to bottom hem.
