@ajmnyc hey there I’m at work and this is voice recognition. I would call it crinkled or cracked. I think it’s from the way it was stored where it was folded down and just not enough conditioner in the leather it’s not dry rot or anything it’s just age. My opinion of course. Hope that helps remember I’ve done nothing to the bag to remedy anything my hope is it will clean up quite beautifully
