Vintage  Blue Cased Glass Ruffled Edge Bud Vase 7.25" Hand Blown. Gorgeous blue with visible air bubbles and pontil scar. There are some rough patches on the neck, imperfections that came about during the creation of the vase and are original to the piece (see photos). Excellent preloved condition.
