Vintage Ceramic Handpainted Arte-Ceramica-Arcer Urn Vase 9" Tall

Delicate floral under a gazabo lattice and garland bows hand painted in blue on white backgrond. This vase was made in Coimbra Portugal and modeled on the work of the 17th century. This vase is signed by the artist and numbered. There is an old chip in the glaze at the top of the vase. Please see photos for that close up.
