This is a vintage ceramic tile trivet with hooks to hang things like keys or pot holders. The trivet with the girl painted on it is glued into a metal holder. The metal has some paint scraped off on the hooks at the bottom. See photos for measurements. Top right corner is cracked. See the last photo for details. I’m not sure if it is cracked all the way through or if it has been glued back together.
