Vintage Dotti Floral Halter Dress With Cardigan ILGWU S/M Black dress with multicolor floral & matching floral cardigan Made in the USA Floral cardigan is tagged a size Small but is oversized, bat wing like sleeves, semi sheer, open front Dress is size Medium with a tube top style & halter straps. The black & floral ruffle top front & halter straps might have been added & Might not have originally come this way. I’m uncertain if this dress had any alterations. Inside top of dress has elastic, tiered hem, asymmetrical hem, has pilling, minimal signs of wear, wrinkles, otherwise good preloved vintage condition I can’t find a fabric content tag. The black top of the dress is stretchy, floral bottom of dress & cardigan are non stretch Can be worn with or without cardigan Hand wash Please see measurements in pictures to determine size, length, & fit Additional measurements available upon request
