Vintage Gigi Young New York velvet style dress. The dress does have a couple spots I've not tried to remove but overall a vintage dress in nice condition. Beautiful blue with rounded collar and covered buttons. Zip back with hook closure at top. Lining has some discoloration. All measurements approximate and taken from a non stretched garment.
